Through the contact form we process your full name, institution/company, email address, phone number and message.
Purposes
Your data is processed to respond to your enquiries and quotation requests, to contact you and, where relevant, to prepare for a business relationship.
Legal basis and collection
Data is collected electronically through the contact form on our website, based on your explicit consent (KVKK Art. 5/1) and the Company’s legitimate interest (Art. 5/2-f).
Transfers
Your data may be transferred, solely for the purposes above, to our email and hosting service providers (including servers located abroad); it is not otherwise shared with third parties.
Retention
Data is kept for as long as needed to resolve your request and for the periods required by law, and is then deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Under KVKK Art. 11 you may learn whether your data is processed, request information, rectification or erasure, and object. You can send requests to info@himmetharita.com.
